TERMS AND CONDITIONS – 2025 PRIDE SHIRT PROMOTION

1. Overview

This promotional offer is a joint initiative by SPC Tattoos and Nishida Shot

to celebrate Pride and support the LGBTQIA+ community.

A portion of the profits from each PRIDE shirt sold will be donated

to One-n-Ten, a nonprofit organization serving LGBTQIA+ youth.

2. Eligibility

By purchasing a 2025 PRIDE shirt, customers will be automatically

entered into a raffle to win the grand prize.

No additional purchase or registration is required.

Open to U.S. residents aged 18 and older.

Void where prohibited by law.

Employees and immediate family members of

SPC Tattoos or Nishida Shot are not eligible.

3. Donation Commitment

SPC Tattoos and Nishida Shot pledge to donate a portion

of the profits from each shirt sold to One-n-Ten.

The donation amount will be determined after production

and processing costs.

4. Raffle Details

Each shirt purchase equals one (1) raffle entry.

Multiple entries are allowed with additional shirt purchases.

Grand Prize: One (1) 1-hour photoshoot of your choice from

Nishida Shot AND one (1) 2-hour tattoo session

with SPC Tattoos.

Total Value: $750 (approximate retail value).

Winner Announcement: July 1, 2025, via SPC Tattoos and

Nishida Shot’s official social media accounts.

5. Prize Conditions

The prize must be redeemed by December 31, 2025.

The winner will coordinate scheduling directly with

SPC Tattoos and Nishida Shot.

The prize is non-transferable and has no cash value.

No substitutions except at the discretion of the sponsors.

6. Notification

The winner will be notified via direct message or email within

48 hours of the social media announcement.

If the winner does not respond within 7 days,

a new winner may be selected.

7. Publicity

By entering, participants agree to allow

SPC Tattoos and Nishida Shot

to use their name, likeness, and entry for

promotional purposes without

additional compensation, unless prohibited by law.

8. Disclaimer

SPC Tattoos and Nishida Shot reserve the right to cancel, modify,

or suspend the promotion if fraud, technical failures,

or any other factor impairs the integrity of the promotion.

9. Limitation of Liability

By participating, entrants agree to release and hold harmless

SPC Tattoos, Nishida Shot, and their respective owners,

employees, and agents from any liability arising from participation in

the promotion or acceptance/use of the prize.
